Technical I.T. Role

O’Connor Ltd is a small tech support company that require the assistance of someone part time – full time as the role progresses. This role is for I.T. Technical support

Skills required
Microsoft Windows (desktop and cloud services)
Apple Mac (not essential and training can be given)
Various cloud based SAAS support
Mobile device management (training can be given)
Website content management and support (nice to have)

Expected tasks and duties
Assisting clients with support as needed, mainly remotely
Device management
User setup and management, general desktop support
Problem solving across many platforms and services
Internal systems development

Pay and hours
Hours can be varied, but typically 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay rates can be discussed on application
