ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for a role where you get to work with a variety of projects and sizes and will be given career development opportunities? You will be supporting our Project Managers on up to half a dozen projects at a time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking and reporting progress of projects using MS Project
Recording the issue of further drawings, specifications and instructions
Drafting advanced notifications of delay, extension of time claims
Draft reports for PCG meetings, site meetings and project review meetings
Minute PCG, site and project review meetings
Draft operations & maintenance manuals
Obtain producer statements
Lodge CCC applications and gain final CCC from Councils
Draft Quality Assurance Programme
Log/print, file & distribute drawings, specifications & instructions
Draft RFI’s

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or industry experience in other construction positions
Advanced Microsoft Suite
