Customer Services & Operations Support

This position is a key administrative role for Sales and Operations within the organization. A positive and detailed focus disposition is needed with an exceptional telephone manner to maintain good relations with our client base and exceed our client expectations in service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of sales orders
  • Receive customer calls and provide exemplary service through order tracking, product and warranty advice
  • Communicate and ensure timely shipment of orders through effective communication with Warehouse
  • Coordinate inventory cycle counts, inventory transfer, stock take and reconciliation processes
  • Monitoring of inventory mix-max and reorder levels
  • Maintain the inventory master file and ensure new products are loaded promptly and existing products are updated where applicable
  • Assist with procurement from placing orders to suppliers all the way through to fulfillment of the order and arranging shipment
  • Preparation of reports and documentation on import and export
  • Proactive management of all exception reports
  • Overflow operations support as required
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • 1 – 2 years minimum Customer Services experience is needed
  • High level of organizational skills, accuracy and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity, reliability and punctuality
  • Be able to work independently and within a small team
  • Reliable transport
