Supervising construction work
Managing and coordinating the construction process
Reviewing drawings, tenders, and consent conditions

Preparing defects list, monthly reports and weekly construction status
Ensuring site works are being performed in accordance with policies and plans
Arrange/attend meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works

This exposure will give you the best possible chance to succeed and put you on the right path for project management.

About You
As a Graduate Engineer you will have completed (or be close to completing an Engineering Degree). If you are dedicated and passionate about the industry, then we want to hear from you. In order to be successful, you must have a solid work ethic and be self-motivated with the ability to pick things up quickly.

You would be working at Alexandra Park in Epsom. If you are still studying, then we can be flexible around classes and exams. You will be required to work most Saturday’s.

We reward ambition and give our employees plenty of responsibility, which in return allows them to grow and gain experience quickly. Ganellen is a close team that takes pride in recruiting people at the start of their careers and guiding them into their desired roles.

The construction industry often requires long hours so to acknowledge employees for their continual hard work we hold quarterly social/sporting events. We also host an annual Christmas trip which involves flying all of our employees somewhere in Australia or New Zealand for a well-deserved weekend away.
